We've brought out a high school marching band for a sports magazine launch (indoors!), arranged for Chinese ribbon dancers for a company with a new Asian office, and flew in Brazilian drummers and dancers to march through a Carnivale themed party, setting the crowd on fire. Perhaps your event calls for Rennaissance era fencers in period attire dueling it out while a graceful tenor perched on a balcony above sings an aria. How about having your logo carved from a giant block of ice, while guests watch on mesmerized.
Design & Decor

Catering
For those venues that do not provide in house catering, we can bring in outstanding catering companies whose sole focus is special events. Caterers that provide exceptional food, creative presentation, courteous and attentive service staff, and affordable pricing. Caterers that have proven themselves over the years in high profile events, and who meet our strict standards of event professionalism and expertise.
We'll customize a menu to meet specific cuisine styles, like creating an authentic South African menu for the Lion King premiere, or flying in five world renowned French chefs for a celebrity charity dinner. We'll tie in the attire of the waitstaff to match the event, having used everything from medieval garb to standard black tie. We'll integrate authentic props for buffet stations, and utilize a broad array of serving tray styles, from woven straw mats to dayglo plexiglass to classic silver.
Destination Management
Whether you're bringing in a group from out of town, or simply need to transport your group to and from an event, our expertise in logistics will make it a smooth and worry-free experience. Our tracking systems let us know exactly where every guest, bus, airplane or limousine is at any given point, so there are no surprises or 'lost' guests in transit.
We'll suggest small touches that go a long way toward making your program or event have lasting impact. Things like giving arriving guests a Big Apple pin when they land at the airport, and a bag of snack treats for the ride to the hotel. Or offering people a cup of hot chocolate before boarding a bus after a holiday event. Taking your group to a Broadway show?
